Dear Families,

Last week our classroom focused on play and the theme “sharing is caring”.  We had a play group with special toys and the children worked on asking others to play and understanding that you can respond both yes and no.  We also listened to the story The Rainbow Fish.  There is a cute version of the Rainbow Fish on  u-tube which we watched Thursday and the children really enjoyed it.  You could download it at home and watch it as well. This next week we will be introducing our Robotics STEM unit and talking about our 5 senses.  We will also be starting the Fundations curriculum and work on the letters A and B.  We are also working on counting.  The children made a friendship chain, so we want to count how many links there are in our chain. Best,Amy Kuesel
