Dear Parents,

We are off to a fabulous start to the school year! Children are getting to know the school routine, learning names of friends as well as making new friends.  We have introduced, Twiggle and his friends,  puppets who help us with learning how to play and help with social-language skills.  All classes have also worked on “Mat Man” and practicing drawing pictures ourselves. This upcoming week we will be starting our first STEM unit, which is the Friends & Family Unit.  It is a short week, and I will be out Friday, due to family coming into town.  We will be sending home a home activity to help us learn about your families.  We would appreciate a picture of your family as well as a picture of your student.  Student pictures are for their coat hook.  Also, feel free to send in a water bottle with your student. Have a wonderful week! Best,Amy & Sherry
