Dear Parents,

The children are starting to understand the classroom routines and are settling in very well!   We have a fun week ahead with PTO pajama day on Thursday and Friday and also our Healthy Living expert coming to talk about the importance of sleep, also on Thursday and Friday.   We continue to talk about friends and family as our STEM focus the next few weeks.  Thank-you for starting to send in pictures of you families and a picture of your student to put by their backpack/coat hook.  In this next week/s folder please look for a paper bag project to complete with your child!  (I believe it was mentioned in family hand-out but I did not have any paper bags to send). Please try to join Spark! for Miners Day at 9:30 for the parade.  Children are going to be dressing as dwarfs from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.   To sum up, here is the important information for the week ahead:Thursday–(AM/PM)  PTO Pajama day–$1.00 donation for PTO Friday  (AM)–PTO Pajama Day  $1.)) donation for PTO Thursday–Healthy Living: sleepFriday–Healthy Living: sleepSaturday–Miner’s Day Parade! Best,Amy & Sherry
