Here are this week’s announcements and reminders:

• Concepts: L, H, Five (5), square, purple

• Show and Share Letter of the Week: Each week, once a week, students may bring one or two objects that go with our letters of the week. For example, this week your child could bring a lion and a horse since we are studying L and H.

• Winter Family Engagement this Thursday, Dec 20th 10:30-11:10/2:30-3:05. Please join us on the last day of school for snacks and fun! We will pass around a sign-up sheet if you’d like to bring something to share.

• Over Winter Break our school will be participating in another MyOn Challenge. Once you have logged in you should be able to see books that I have “assigned”. These books are not required, but they should have no quizzes and no ratings! This will allow your kiddos to read longer independently. Also, in your Thursday folders there was a tracking sheet for this challenge. Please have your child color a snowflake for each day they read and return it after break.

• An email was sent out by Spark! this week about re-enrolling for preschool next year. This is only for students who will not be going to Kindergarten. The enrollment window is January 7th-18th and is online.

• Next week is our last week of school before Winter Break. We will return to school on Monday, January 7th. I hope everyone enjoys the break!
