Weekly Reminders 10/12/19

Here are this week’s announcements and reminders:

• Concepts: 

  • Fundations®: K and L

  • Math : subitizing (seeing numbers to 5), patterns continued

  • Stem: Transportation

  • PATHS: “appropriate” continued

  • Project: Fall harvest, corn

• Walking Field Trip this Thursday, October 17th to the Frederick Police Department! Please sign and return permission forms ASAP. Let us know if you’d like to join us for the walk which will take place from about 9:15-11:15.

• Other Important Upcoming Dates:

  • October 21st – No school

  • October 18th Box Tops Due! They can be submitted with or without the Box Tops form.

  • Friday, October 25th – Trick or Treat Street, 4:30-6 here at Spark. Wear your costumes and come trick or treating here at school!

  • Fri, Nov 1st – Makerspace at the Innovation Center – (TIMECHANGE to 9:45 AM) be on the lookout for an information sheet in next week’s Thursday folders

  • Thurs, Nov 7 – PJ Day

  • Tues, Nov 19th – Spark Night at Longmont Chick Fil-A, more details to come

This week we have four new friends starting in our class. They are all coming to us from other classes at Spark and we are excited for them to join us. Welcome everyone!
