Inclement Weather Information:When forecasts are definitive, the district will close or delay school with as much advance notice as possible. When forecasts are less definitive, we will monitor conditions closely and consult with county and state officials prior to making a decision to close or delay schools. In these instances, we will make every effort to communicate with you no later than 5:30 a.m. on the school day in question. When the school district makes the deicion to leave school open, but parents believe that weather conditions in their specific area are problematic, please feel free to contact Vicky Arriaga, our school’s atttendance clerk, to obtain an excused absent for your student. If severe weather conditions cause you to keep a child home from school, they will be able to make up missed work without penalty. If parents have questions or concerns please call our office at (720) 652-7906, and ask to speak to Vicky Arriaga, attendance clerk. NOVEMBER TUITIONTuition for November will be due on the 1st of the month. A late fee if $10.00 will be assessed the first time that tuition is not received by the 5th of the month. This late fee will be increased to $20.00 for any future late tuition payments. If the monthly tuition payment plus the late fee is not paid in full by the last school day of each month, the child may not continue to attend the program until the account is paid in full. If you need to set up a payment plan contact Stacey Petering, secretary, at 720-652-7906. The total yearly tuition amount is divided evenly over the 9-month school year. The tuition payment is the same each month. Tuition payments and the registration fee are non refundable. A two-week notice is required to withdraw a tuition child from Preschool. Tuition will be charged for those days. Donations needed for the health office – We are in need of size 4t, 5t and 6 boys and girls pants. We could also use boy/girl’s shoe/boot donations sizes 9-12. Does your child have a health condition that would require having medication or emergency medication at school? Please let Samantha Gibbs, health clerk, know and she will help set up an Individual Health Plan for any child. Immunizations – Colorado law requires all students attending Colorado schools and licensed child care to be vaccinated against certain diseases unless a medical or non-medical exemption is filed. For more information about vaccine requirements, resources and exemptions, please visit the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s School Immunization page. We require up to date records to be submitted within 30 days of enrollment. If your child is not up to date please look for notification from me and provide the required immunization records or exemptions as soon as possible. General Health Appraisal Forms – This form is required by the Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, Licensing Division, because your child attends a licensed preschool. This form must be completed with a medical provider signature and have an office stamp each year. The form expires 365 days after the date of the last exam. If you are bringing your child to a well check appointment please bring a new General Health Appraisal Form with you to be filled out while at the doctor’s office..
