CONFERENCES

Dear Families – Thank you for your participation in Family-Parent/Teacher conferences during the last two weeks. Family engagement in conferences through their input and communication about the progress children are making is vitally important in our school-to-home partnership. Our goal is 100% attendance for students who started at the beginning of the school year; teachers will continue to reach out if families haven’t been able to schedule an appointment yet. If a child has recently started preschool, the preschool teacher will likely delay the conference to give the child time to acclimate to the classroom and to gain some talking points around strengths and areas of need. We would also like to thank our PTO for sponsoring dinners during the evenings we had conferences!
