Information on How to Pay Tuition each Month, from Stacey Petering, Principal’s Secretary

Dear Parents and Families:  This school year I will be assisting families of children with tuition and monthly billing.  

 

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month starting September 1st. There was no tuition due for the month of August to compensate for the winter break.  Any payments made after the 5th will be assessed a late fee.  A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed the first time that tuition is not received by the 5th of the month.  This late fee will be increased to $20 for any future late tuition payments.  If the monthly tuition payment plus the late fee is not paid in full by the last school day of each month, the child may not continue to attend the program until the account is paid in full.  If a payment plan is needed please contact me at 720-652-7906 or via email at [email protected] prior to the 10th of the month, as the school wants to partner with families.

There are several options available to pay tuition.  

• Personal checks payable to Spark! Discovery Preschool or exact cash can be brought into the front office. Teachers cannot accept payment.

• Parents can pay tuition online by clicking the Online Payment Button on our webpage (sdpk.svvsd.org) 

              

If you had an email address on file in Infinite Campus, a parent portal account was created last week. Please make sure to check the email received from Spark! on 8/22/19, regarding Parent Portal Account Activation. The deadline to complete this process will be September 2, 2019.  Parent Portal accounts are created for many reasons, including but not limited to: viewing bus number and transportation info, attendance, as well as the ability to login into Revtrak to view and pay fees/tuition. Families should contact the office if they have not received an email about the Campus Parent Portal.

Attached are the directions to access online payments. Debit/Credit cards and checks may be used online. If a parent username has already been created, go to Step 5. Please contact the office with any questions.

From the Health Office & Samantha Gibbs, Health Clerk

We could use a few donations in the Health Office:

·Pants/shorts sizes 3T-6T

·Toddler Shoes sizes 7-13

·Girls/Boys underwear (new in package) sizes 3T-6T

·Socks (new in package)

General Health Appraisal Forms–– General Health Appraisal forms are due by September 15.  Please get these forms turned in as soon as possible. The forms expire one year from the date of the child’s last exam. If you need a new General Health Appraisal Form please stop by the office or call our Health Clerk, Samantha Gibbs, at 720-652-7906.
 
Immunizations– It is REQUIRED that your child must be up to date on their immunizations before they start preschool. If your child is missing any immunizations and are non-compliant with the state requirements, Samantha will be sending home notifications to let parents know what vaccines children will need to continue at school. If families have any upcoming appointments for immunizations, please let Samantha know as soon as possible.  Her email is [email protected].

Spark! Discovery Preschool is off to a great start! We’ve had minimal absences and tardies.  If your child will be absent or tardy please give me a call to excuse them.(720) 652-7906 or you can email me: [email protected].  Keep up the great work!  Soon an update of student records will be sent to parents.  It’s imperative that we have the most up-to-date contact information in case of an emergency.  When you receive this form, called a Student Emergency Information Form, in your child’s take-home folder, correct any information.  Make sure corrections on the sheet provided, using clear printing, and return it to your child’s teacher.  Any time throughout the year there are changes in contact information, please call Vicky to let her know so the computer system can be updated.
