REGISTRATION FOR 2018-2019:
PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION: While we have completed our first round of Preschool Registration, we will be accepting applications for enrollment through the beginning of the school year.
Tuition: We are currently working to provide confirmation of placements for each tuition-based family who has submitted an application for the 2018-2019 school year. These will be mailed to each child’s home and will communicate their schedule for next year. Enrollment and deposit are due on Friday, Feb 23th to hold a child’s placement.
Students with Special Needs: Students with special needs will receive communication from the school and SVVSD regarding their placement for the following year in mid-February through US mail.
Students who have applied for CPP / Scholarship: Families who have applied for the Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) or a Scholarship, will receive notification of acceptance from the CPP Office of St. Vrain Valley Schools after a screening is held and the CPP office determines eligibility. Once we know, we will also send a notification via US mail.
WRAP AROUND CHILDCARE: Also, if needing wrap around childcare for the 2018-2019 school year, please contact Stacey Petering, manager of this program, as registration for childcare programming requires a separate set of paperwork and a deposit. Electronic registration opened p February 1, is completed in a first-come / first-serve fashion. We’d encourage families considering our childcare to enroll ASAP, as there is a waitlist for the current year of over 10 students.
