Blair was born in Minnesota and spent every summer with her grandparents living the lake life to the fullest. Blair is a graduate of St. Vrain Valley Schools. She grew up in Longmont, Colorado where she attended Eagle Crest Elementary and then attended Silver Creek Middle/ High School.

After obtaining her BA and becoming a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, Blair took a position working in a classroom at Spark! as a paraprofessional. After a few months she had found her passion and decided to change her path and began a MA program in Early Childhood Special Education to become a teacher. Blair lives in Frederick with her family and dogs.
