We could use a few donations in the Health Office:

• Girl/boy clothes sizes 3T-6T
• Girl/boy Toddler Shoes sizes 7-13
• Girl/Boy underwear (new in package) sizes 3T-6T
• Socks (new in package)

General Health Appraisal Forms–– General Health Appraisal forms were due in September for children who started at the beginning of the school year.  Notifications have been sent to those who still have not turned one in or the forms have expired. Please get these forms turned in as soon as possible. The forms expire one year from the date of the child’s last exam. 

Immunizations– It is REQUIRED that your child must be up to date on their immunizations before they start preschool. If your child is missing any immunizations and are non-compliant with the state requirements, Sam will be sending home notifications to let parents know what vaccines children will need to continue at school. If families have any upcoming appointments for immunizations, please let Sam know as soon as possible.
