Our school is implementing volunteer training this year for all classroom volunteers. We have been waiting for information from our school district and would like to share it with any family members wanting to volunteer in our school during school and childcare hours.
We will host several sessions, with volunteers needing to attend only one, with additional sessions being offered occasionally throughout the year as new families consistently enroll in preschool throughout the year. Volunteers are people who want to spend time in the classroom to complete tasks, assist children and the teachers, and come in to school to support on a regular basis. Coming to a class celebration is not considered volunteering – it is considered attending a classroom event.
These sessions are targeted for adults and adults with infants so attention can be paid to the important aspects of training.
Here are the dates/times for the training:
-Wednesday, Nov 29 from 8:30 am – 10:00 am, facilitated by Paige Gordon, Administrator

Parents and the staff of Spark! have always believed that a collaborative partnership is extremely important in the total educational process for children. Not only are the parents of our school community-minded, but also they are actively involved in and supportive of our school, students, and staff. We look forward to partnering with our volunteers, and please call me at 720-652-7906 with questions or email me at [email protected].
