School Accountability Committee (SAC) Monthly Update

We’d like to update you regarding this committee’s activities during the last month. Our January 2018 SAC agenda included:

·      A Design and Leadership Team update regarding decision-making and professional learning happening in our school

·      A STEM update regarding programming and our progress to a full offering of STEM opportunities

·      Budget and Attendance

·      Data Driven Dialogue regarding Literacy assessment development of students at Spark from fall 2017.

·      A recap and celebration of our LEVEL 4 Colorado Shines rating, and a discussion about how improvements needed to become a Level 5, when we under-go this process again in the future.

This committee is governed by state law and is representational to include: parents, staff, community partnerships (IBM), and the Spark! PTO. We thank them for their valuable contributions to the positive and productive work of this team!
