Dear Preschool Families and Friends,
We hope you are enjoying this snowy day doing fun outdoor activities or staying warm inside! This is perfect weather to hail our new Stem Unit on Weather which starts Monday. This week we will be learning about winter.
Thank you for your efforts to get your children to school on time! Reinforcing regular and timely attendance not only helps your children and their classmates get off to a great start, but models for them that consistent attendance and being on time are expected.
Starting January 29th, all parents will be receiving an automated text message if their child is marked absent for the day. Parents will receive this message in Real Time as soon as their child’s teacher submits the class attendance for the day.
Important Reminders: Many of you have returned your Parent/Teacher conference forms. Please put it in your child’s backpack this week if you haven’t yet. There will be no conferences on Monday, February 5thdue to a training I will be attending. Conferences will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday February 6, 7, and 8th. Please email or call me if you would like a translator.
