A Week in Review:

•     We did our Design Challenge. We created robots that would help us clean up or classroom (AM) and help us solve problems with friends (PM). We worked in small groups to create 3 robots for each class. Here is a picture of what we came up with….

•   We talked about the number eight, 8. How do we write eight, 8? Can we find 8 objects?
• We looked at octagons. We counted how many sides it had and we looked in our classroom and outside to see if we could find any.
• We worked closely with the letters Jj, Dd, Pp and Bb. We practiced writing these letters with magna-doodles also looked at words that start Jj, Dd, Pp and Bb.
• Our sight word this week was see. We wrote it with chalk and found the word while reading.
•  We talked about the color, Black. We looked who was wearing the color and where we could find it in our classroom and outside.
