- Michelle is a 1994 graduate of the St. Vrain Valley School District and has resided in the Carbon Valley area for many years. In 2003 Michelle attended Front Range Community College to study Early Childhood education taking courses such as Early Childhood Development, Introduction to Early Childhood Education and Guidance Strategies for Children. She has worked with children as a childcare provider for 17 years. Michelle was a volunteer at Frederick Elementary for 7 years, as well as serving as a Girl Scout troop leader and a Cub Scout Assistant Den leader. She enjoys taking part in her community by volunteering to help with such events as Miners Day, Home Coming, and coaching youth Volleyball through the Carbon Valley Recreation District. Her hobbies include reading, learning about the history of the Carbon Valley area, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two children. Michelle is excited to continue working with young children and is grateful to be a part of the Spark! community.
