Dear Families, We have had a wonderful November with a focus on our STEM unit Simple Machines and also a study of Pumpkins.  Thank-you for all the pumpkin and apple donations!  The children had fun sorting, counting and pounding golf tees into the pumpkins.   Our new STEM unit is Re-duce, Re-use and Re-cycle and this week we will have a street sweeper come visit our school!  We are learning about the importance of re-cycling and why it is important to take care of our earth.   Our classes will be having a Winter Gathering and Family Engagement on December 19th and 20th.  Please join us for this event, which will include a song, snack and activity/craft.  More information to follow.
