Happy Snowy Sunday!

Here are this week’s announcements and reminders:

• Concepts – M,N, one, pyramid, orange, different kinds of feelings: uncomfortable vs comfortable

• This Tuesday, Nov 13th is our walking trip to Thunder Valley K8. Please remember good walking shoes and a warm jacket.

• Picture retakes are on Wednesday this week. Please let us know if your child will be having their photo taken.

• On Thursday you may bring your favorite fruit to share. We’ll make a fruit salad for snack and share what we’re thankful for with each other.

• Thursday is also PJ Day for a $1, sponsored by the PTO

• School will be closed from Nov 19-22…Happy Fall Break!

• Next School Year – If you have any questions about Kindergarten, open enrollment, or re-enrollment, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or to Paige Gordon.

• Birthdays – Just a friendly reminder that we do not allow sweet treats such as candy or cupcakes for birthday celebrations. If your child still wishes to share something for their birthday please consider bringing non-food items like pencils, stickers, toy airplanes, etc.

• Lexia – Another great program offered to us through our school district is Lexia. It is an online program that helps students build phonemic awareness and pre-reading skills. Lexia is intended for students at the Kindergarten level. Since this is where many of our students are currently, you should feel free to to check it out with your kiddo sometime. Here is how you access Lexia:
